At Operation Raíces, our vision is to create a future where every student and small business—no matter their location or background—has access to the financial knowledge, tools, and opportunities they need to thrive. We aim to empower youth through engaging financial literacy education and support local entrepreneurship through microfinance, starting in Chunchi, Ecuador, and expanding to similar underserved communities. By investing in education and local economies, we hope to break cycles of financial hardship and build a foundation for long-term, sustainable growth.
